A Move In/Out Clean for a typical 2 bedroom, 1 bath home of about 1,000 sq ft is about $279. It is built for empty homes, and inside the fridge, oven, cabinets and closets are included.
Yes. Standard Cleans on a schedule save 10% every 4 weeks, 15% every 2 weeks or 20% weekly. The first visit of a plan is the regular price, and plan prices start with the second visit. There is no long-term contract.
No. There is no deposit and no upfront charge. Your card is charged only after the clean, and if you report a missed spot within 24 hours, we come back and re-clean it free.
If your home has heavy buildup, like grease, soap scum or lots of pet hair, or hasn't been cleaned in 6 months or more, choose "Dirty" for the home's condition when you book. It adds $100 to the first visit only.
Tipping is optional and always appreciated. You can add a tip when you book or after the clean.
